The Thinking Behind
Tylo did not begin as a new business idea. It began as a realization.
At a glance
The short version
Four ideas that shape why Tylo exists. The full story sits just below.
A realization, not a business plan
Tylo began from what we saw — a growing need for healthcare beyond clinics.
Built for outreach & engagement
Preventive camps, wellness programs, awareness drives, screenings.
Where people already are
Workplaces, communities, institutions, retail and public spaces.
An independent organization
Own vision and culture — shaped by years of healthcare execution.
Over the years, through the healthcare networks built by Kartavya Healtheon, we witnessed a growing demand for healthcare services that extended beyond traditional healthcare programs. Organizations were increasingly looking for preventive health initiatives, wellness programs, screening camps, community engagement activities, awareness drives, and healthcare experiences that could be delivered closer to the people they intended to serve.
As these requirements continued to grow, it became evident that this segment required a different approach. It needed faster decision-making, greater operational flexibility, specialized technology, dedicated teams, and the ability to continuously innovate around healthcare outreach and engagement.
At the same time, Kartavya Healtheon was evolving its own focus towards patient support programs, patient access initiatives, healthcare operations, and specialized healthcare services.

Rather than attempting to serve both healthcare segments through a single structure, we chose to create a dedicated organization designed specifically for healthcare activations, wellness initiatives, outreach programs, screening initiatives, and preventive healthcare engagement.
That organization became Tylo.
Tylo was created to focus entirely on bringing healthcare beyond traditional settings and closer to the places where people live, work, learn, and connect. Whether it is a workplace, community, institution, healthcare facility, retail environment, or public space, our goal is to make healthcare more accessible, more engaging, and easier to experience.
While Tylo operates as an independent organization with its own vision, culture, and direction, it benefits from years of healthcare execution experience, operational learning, and industry understanding developed through the journey that inspired its creation.
What we believe
Healthcare should not wait for people to visit it.
Healthcare should reach people where they are.
That belief continues to shape everything we build.
